ABOUT

As the sole development editor for CAKE at FX Networks, I worked directly with SVP Kate Lambert and Director of Animation Development John Agbaje to create the series's pilot episode, which I curated and assembled from a library of short animations acquired by Fox.

I was given the opportunity to lead the decision-making process over the materials being used and I designed three versions of the pilot with distinctly different tones. Upon the completion of the pilot, CAKE was greenlit for series and debuted on FXX in September 2019.
