ABOUT

Todd’s feature filmmaking debut, Devil’s Night, is a found-footage horror film about a curious young content creator named Daniel who discovers a mysterious film documenting a series of terrible killings that occurred in his town on Halloween eve nearly thirty years ago. A group of college students were invited to a “haunted house” and systematically murdered, leaving witnesses unsure if these events were physical or supernatural in nature. Determined to solve the longstanding mystery, Daniel sets out with his friends to find the house where it all happened and recreate the circumstances of that fateful night in order to prove it was all a hoax.

Todd directed Devil’s Night on a micro-budget during a tight three-week schedule on location in a burned-out mansion in the West Adams area of Los Angeles. He filmed using a collection of amateur cameras and DSLRs in order to add grit and capture the authentic feel of found and archival footage.
